Shop4Tele wants to make sure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. In doing so, we offer a generous 30-Day return policy on both New and Certified Refurbished products.
All return requests must be received within 30 days of the date of invoice. Returned products must include all original packaging, documentation, and accessories. A 15% restocking fee will apply to process a return. All software and technical support sales are final and not eligible for a refund.
Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid the risk of loss.
To return a product in compliance with Shop4Tele policies, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the return period. Please contact us to acquire an RMA number. We will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, the RMA must be shipped back to us within 14 days. Customer should prominently display the RMA number on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product. Your refund will be processed within 7 business days after receipt of the item to the original payment source.
