Shop4Tele stands behind the products we sell. We offer a 1-Year warranty and 90 Day advanced replacement service on all New, New Open Box, and Certified Refurbished equipment. The warranty begins from the date on the invoice. An RMA number is required for any warranty claim. All claims are warrantied through Shop4Tele, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Our warranty does not cover the following:
• Failure to follow manufacturer specified installation, operation, or maintenance instructions
• Unauthorized system modification, movement, or alteration
• Unauthorized use of common carrier communication services accessed through the system
• Abuse, misuse, or negligent acts or omissions of the customer and persons under the customer's control; or
• Act of third parties and acts of nature such as fire, flood, lightning, etc.
• Power surges
If for any reason an item you purchase is defective, you have 90 days from the date of the purchase invoice to get a replacement item shipped to you, free of charge. We will include a return label for you to ship the defective item back to us as part of the replacement process. We require a credit card on file in order to process an advanced replacement. If a credit card is not available, you can pay for the replacement item, and we will process a full credit once the defective item has been received at our warehouse. Defective items must be returned within 14 days to avoid being charged for the full value of the replacement item. This service only applies for claims warrantied through Shop4Tele. Any manufacturer warrantied item will be handled directly through the respective manufacturer.
