  1. Warranty Coverage:
    Shop4Tele provides a 1-year warranty on all products sold, including New, New Open Box, and Certified Refurbished equipment. The warranty period begins from the date mentioned on the invoice accompanying your purchase.

  2. Warranty Claims:
    To initiate a warranty claim, customers are required to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Shop4Tele. This number helps us track and process your claim more efficiently. Failure to obtain an RMA number may result in a delay or denial of your warranty claim.

  3. Warranty Process:
    Once you have received your RMA number, please follow the instructions provided by our customer service team to return the product for evaluation and repair or replacement. The warranty claim should be made within the warranty period specified for the product.

  4. Warranty Responsibility:
    All warranty claims should be addressed to Shop4Tele unless otherwise stated on the Product Page. We take full responsibility for addressing any warranty claims and ensuring appropriate resolution.

  5. Warranty Exclusions:
    The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or any other factors beyond normal usage. Additionally, the warranty does not cover consumables, such as batteries, unless specifically stated otherwise.

  6. Repair or Replacement:
    In the event of a valid warranty claim, Shop4Tele will, at its discretion, either repair the product using new or refurbished parts or replace the product with a new or functionally equivalent one. The decision on repair or replacement will be based on the nature of the warranty claim and product availability.

  7. Shipping Costs:
    Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product to Shop4Tele for warranty evaluation. However, if the warranty claim is deemed valid, Shop4Tele will cover the shipping costs for returning the repaired or replacement product to the customer.

  8. Limitations:
    This warranty policy is limited to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable. Any warranty claim must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, such as the original invoice or receipt.
