The Avaya 1603SW-I is an entry level IP telephone designed for walk-up or basic users such as visitors, customers, or even employees who answer very few phone calls per day. It’s ideal for locations such as common areas in offices, stockrooms, lobbies, or drop-in desks.

• Global (Icon) Version: Avaya has transitioned all phones into Global/Icon versions. Global versions have Icon keys without the English text below the buttons.

• Supports Power-over-ethernet (PoE) when equipped with Avaya 1603 PoE Splitter 700415607 (sold separately – see optional accessories)
