The Cisco IP Color Key Expansion Module (CP-CKEM-C=) extends the capabilities of your Cisco 8961/9951/9971 IP Phones with additional programmable buttons and a color LCD display. The CP-CKEM-C=  provides a total of 36 programmable buttons (2 pages of 18 buttons) that can be used for directory numbers, speed dial, or feature keys.

• Monitor Line Status: Illuminated LED buttons make it easy to monitor line status (idle, ringing, busy, or null)
• Display: 4.3-inch graphical (TFT) color display provides 16-bit color depth and 480 x 272 effective pixel resolution, with backlight.
• Simplify Dialing: Programmable buttons can be used for directory numbers, speed dial, or feature keys

System Compatibility

• Cisco IP Phone must be running firmware 9.0(1) and later
• Requires Cisco Unified Communications Manager 7.1(3) and later; Cisco Unified Survivable Remote Site Telephony (SRST) 7.1; Cisco IOS Software Release 12.4(24)T and later

Power Requirements

• If the Cisco Unified IP Color Key Expansion Module is connected to a Cisco Unified IP Phone that uses 802.3AT power, a local power supply is not required.
• If the phone uses 802.3AF power, you must connect a power cube to it for it to supply power for all connected key expansion modules. If the phone is already locally powered by a power cube, no additional power cube is required when installing the key expansion module to it.
